As an Ohio native with 11 years of experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Home Health, Hospice, and Skilled Nursing, I have helped families navigate senior care across Ohio, Tennessee, and New York City.

My passion for this work comes from personal experience. Watching my late mother thrive in a community that was the right fit showed me how important proper placement can be for both seniors and their families.

I also specialize in the Medicaid Waiver and spend-down process, helping families understand their options and access the care their loved ones need with confidence and peace of mind.

How much does your service cost?

Our service is completely free to families. Senior living communities pay us a referral fee only if and when your loved one moves in — similar to how a buyer's real estate agent works. You pay nothing, and the cost of care at the community is the same whether you use us or not.

Question 2: How is Guidance different from online directories?

Big online directories sell your information to dozens of communities, and suddenly you're getting calls from places across the country. We're local, personal, and selective — we visit the communities ourselves, know the staff, and only recommend places we'd feel comfortable placing our own parents in.

Question 3: How quickly can you help us?

We can start the same day you call. For urgent situations — a hospital discharge, a sudden change in care needs — we've helped families identify and tour communities within 24 to 48 hours. For less urgent planning, we'll move at whatever pace feels right for your family.

Question 4: What if we're not sure what level of care Mom or Dad needs?

That's one of the most common situations we see, and it's exactly where we can help most. During our free assessment, we'll talk through daily activities, health history, and care preferences, and help you understand whether independent living, assisted living, memory care, or a care home is the right starting point.
